With investments of this magnitude it isn’t just important to have optimised acquisition costs but also the operation costs should be as small as possible. The high flexibility of control options is an essential selection criterion: with its help the unit finally can be adjusted to the desired requirements.
TOSHIBA – the number one in matter of energy efficiency
The extremely high efficiency ratios, which Toshiba achieves with its inverter-controlled outdoor units, have been awarded multiple times and are on absolute first place worldwide. A number of components are playing an important part, such as DC-twin-rotary compressor, Hybrid-Inverter control, the optimal refrigerant R-410A, DC fan motors and much more.
2-zone temperature control
Two zone temperature control including night-setback: enables to maintain two different temperature zones, such as radiators or fan-coils (high temperature) and floor-heating (low temperature). The water leaving temperature is controlled due ambient temperature, on the ESTIA controls the auto curves can be adjusted for each zone and building requirements. Depending on the configuration, night setback may be useful in the zones with radiators. In this the ESTIA controls enable precise settings of the difference to the daytime temperatures (Programmable start/stop times as well as target temperatures for each zone).
Cooling function
By the installation of fan-coils also cooling is possible through this system.
Control of 2 water pumps
The hydro indoor unit controls its main water pump and maximum one external pump. (Either a boost-pump for very long pipe-runs or a water pump for a second heating circuit.)
The outdoor unit is quiet as a whisper
